At the Tactical Training and Recurrent training School, two female Drill Instructor of the Infantry Unit of the U.S. Army exchanged doctrinal experiences with a staff of Leading Instructor Non-Commissioned Officers, who contribute to the process of adaptation and transformation of young people who begin military service.
The Army Tactical Training and Recurrent training School leads this process of training of the Leading Instructor Non-Commissioned Officer (SIL), which contributes to the formation of men who, with their military bearing, great exigency, discipline and expertise, have the responsibility of instilling order, institutional values and principles so that young people who begin their process of service to the homeland, transform them into men with a military vocation at the service of the Institution and Colombians.
Thus, for two days the visitors get to know this specialty firsthand, where the attendees extolled the commitment, the comprehensive and decisive preparation that the instructors have received with quality and excellence to fulfill the mission fully under their motto: "Discipline, correction, training", in order to build for the military institution about 500 SIL at the service of Colombian National Army and the Colombians.
