The National Army and the district administration entered the place known as the Fortaleza and recovered several people hit by the consumption of hallucinogens.
In a joint and coordinated work conducted by troops of the Military Police Battalion No.13, the local mayor's Office of the Locality Martires, the Secretariat of security of Bogota and the National Police, carried out decisive search and control work in a place known as La Fortaleza and which, according to the follow-up carried out by the authorities for several weeks, was being used as a center of selling and consumption of hallucinogens.
When authorities entered the place in the center of the capital city, it was possible to demonstrate that the infrastructure, in very bad conditions, was adapted to hide and then distribute the drugs in different houses of the sector. It also served as a shelter for dozens of people who use drugs in conditions of total lack of cleanliness. During the operation were captured two people and it was possible to dismantle the place to proceed to the expropriation of the property.
