Troops of the Cundinamarca Military Gaula (Anti-Extortion and Anti-Kidnapping Group) of the Thirteenth Brigade of the National Army, carried out an extortion crime prevention activity on Monday in the commercial area of the locality of Usme in the south of Bogotá.
The activity carried out within the framework of the I do not pay, I denounce campaign, made known the different modalities of extortion to merchants in the sector, as well as the recommendations that they should take into account if they are victims of extortion calls.
During the tour of the different neighborhoods of the municipality, the members of the Military Forces in the same way promoted the use of the toll-free anti-extortion line 147, as a direct way of communication to receive denunciations related to cases of extortion and kidnapping.
