With the support of the Colombian Air Force, in coordination with the Attorney General's Office, an operation was carried out in the last few hours, through which it was possible to dismantle the gang “Los Comechivas”, which were perpetrating the marketing and sale of narcotic drugs.
In the municipality of Flandes, in a coordinated and interagency operation, it was possible to dismantle this gang. Thanks to the participation of the Colombian Air Force, it was possible to obtain 14 captures for the crimes of conspiracy to commit a crime and trafficking, manufacture or transport of narcotic drugs; three of those captured were in the same way accused for the crime of attempted murder.
In addition, troops found 05 cellphones, $6 467 000 pesos in cash, apparently through the sale of the drugs and 01 precision scale. This group operated in the sale and distribution of narcotic substances in the sectors of Flandes. It is important to note that 03 members of this organization report Judicial Investigations for the crime of trafficking, manufacture or transportation of narcotic drugs.
