During a surveillance, interception and river safety operation, in the municipality of La Tagua, municipality of Puerto Legu铆zamo, in Putumayo, Units of the Navy of Colombia, belonging to the Naval Force of the South, found 3,060 gallons of gasoline transported illegally, aboard a courier boat that sailed on waters of the Caquet谩 River.
The material was transported by an individual of Colombian nationality, who, at the time of the inspection, did not have the proper documentation for the transport of substances subject to special control by the National Narcotics Council.
No captures occurred during the operation.
