During a surveillance, interception and security operation, in Aguas Negras, municipality of Puerto Ospina, dans le d茅partement de Putumayo, units of the Colombian Navy found 1,100 gallons of fuel transported illegally, aboard a rudimentary boat.
The material was transported by a Colombian, who at the time of the inspection did not present the proper documentation for the transportation of the fuel.
