Troops of the Tenth Brigade achieve the confiscation of 2,965 gallons of DIESEL and 1,870 gallons of gasoline of foreign origin in the department of Cesar.
In the Bicentenary Operations Plan, Heroes of Freedom, and thanks to the civic participation network, the Tenth Brigade, of the First Division of the National Army, achieves the discovery of approximately 5,000 gallons of contraband fuel.
In the framework of the Operation 'Artemisa' and through a checkpoint on the road that from the village La Mata leads to the village La Gloria, in Cesar, Bicentenary Heroes of the Special Energy and Roads Battalion No.3 stopped three trucks in which the cargo was transported illegally.
The fuel was put into custody of the National Police of the municipality of Pelaya, in Cesar, and apparently it was intended to finance Organized Criminal Groups that have different municipalities in the department as zone of operations.
