The first military operation that took place in the urban area of the municipality of Fortul, led to capture alias 'Mica', a link between the Domingo Laín Sáenz front and the Eln Oriental War front, with 15 years within the criminal organization in charge of the collection of money from extortions against public administrators, merchants and ranchers of the municipalities of Saravena, Fortul and Tame, who was wanted by arrest warrant issued by the Special Prosecutor's Office 135 for conspiracy and rebellion.
