In compliance with the “Victoria Plus” Plan, the Colombian Air Force, the National Army and the National Police, carried out a joint and coordinated operation where it was possible to weaken the financial structures of the organized crime groups in the banks of the Cotuhé River, place of illegal extraction of mining deposits.
The work carried out by the intelligence agencies of the Public Force led to the planning and execution of the land and fluvial maneuver to reach the point where dredgers and materials used to carry out this criminal act were hidden.
