The Reserve Officers of the Colombian Air Force donated more than 250 food kits, which were distributed in the Obrero neighborhood, on the island of San Andrés, to benefit the community hit by the pandemic and the Hurricanes Eta and Iota.
To carry out the activity, the National Police, the Air Force and leaders of the Community Action Committee (JAC) coordinated efforts to distribute door-to-door humanitarian aid made up of basic need products.
In the same way, the inhabitants thanked the air institution. “I want to thank the Colombian Air Force for this support, since it took into account this sector for the benefit of our homes that need so much this aid”, said Gina Argumedo, a resident of the Obrero neighborhood.
