The ex-combatants of the Territorial Space for Training and Reintegration, ETCR 'Llano Grande', in Dadeiba, in the department of Antioquia, received 84 representatives of the State Institutions and the UN.
In the hamlet 'Llano Grande', Territorial Area of Training and Reincorporation, in the department of Antioquia, members of the Joint Strategic Command of Transition, CCOET, together with the National Police, provide security to the 154 ex-combatants, among them 38 women and 46 children.
They received the visit of Carlos Ruiz, Special Representative of the General Secretariat of the UN, Raúl Rosende, the Chief of verification of the UN; Richard Clarke, Regional Chief of the UN and Andrés Felipe Stapper Segrera, General Director of the Agency for Reincorporation and Normalization (ARN).
The objectives of the visit focused on monitoring the processes that are carried out in this ETCR, that is the verification of the progress of the projects and the support provided to the productive units as part of the generation of agribusiness and also to monitor the coordination mechanisms and effective response, focused on providing security for the former combatants and the surrounding communities.
For his part, Carlos Ruiz Massieu Massieu, made a recognition to the Security forces, for the work they do: "Thank you for providing security to the territories and in particular, the security to these ex-combatants, and their work, to yourself and to the coexistence with the ex-combatants, with the community, (and) with us, (we) are the first line of reconciliation, thank you."
