The apprehended offered the officer, born in Bogotá, and with 13 years in active service, 50 million pesos, to let him leave without any problem.

In these operations, troops of the Ground Operations Battalion No.1 under the command of Captain Aroca Orjuela Juverney, at a checkpoint on the road that leads from the municipality of Villa Carmona to the urban area of the municipality of San Vicente Del Caguán, Caquetá, an individual was arrested for the crime of illicit enrichment specified in Article 412 of the Colombian Criminal Code.
The apprehended man, who was traveling on a motorcycle, had in his possession 211 000 000 pesos and when asked about the origin of the money, he did not know how to answer.
The officer in charge of the military operation manages to establish that the money was the product of drug trafficking as payment of a coca paste apparently to the structure Jorge Briceño Suarez, whose main criminal is the individual known in the world of illegality, with the alias of Gentil Duarte.
It is noteworthy that this act of transparency and honesty of Captain Juverney Aroca Orjuela, who, at the time of the apprehension of the aforementioned individual, who had offered 50 million pesos, was immediately reported to the command of the battalion.
The arrested individual, the motorcycle, the money and a cell phone were put into custody of the Attorney General's Office, to conduct the respective process of prosecution.
