Within the framework of a coordinated operation conducted by the Unified operation Group for Personal Freedom of the Colombian Navy and the National Police, alias Chinga was arrested in the urban area of the municipality of Tumaco – Nariño.
At the age of 21, alias La Chinga, was the criminal coordinator of the support network of the GAOr Structure Alfonso Cano in the San Felipe neighborhood of the municipality of Tumaco - Nariño, where he was arrested for the alleged crimes of extortion, kidnapping, aggravated extortion, association to commit crimes and forced displacement.
This individual was wanted since last December 5, 2023, for allegedly being involved in the extortion kidnapping of a minor, and was put into custody of the Attorney General's Office for prosecution.
The Colombian Navy, in compliance with the Joint Strategic Campaign Plan Ayacucho, will continue to carry out operations to ensure the tranquility of the inhabitants of the Nariño Pacific, while inviting people to make the denunciations through the toll-free national line 147, available 24 hours a day.
