This activity is carried out within the framework of the Prevention and Containment of Covid-19, providing logistical support to the Erasmo Meoz Hospital, on issues of timely care for the inhabitants de Cucuta.
The Comprehensive Action and Development Support Battalion No.2, the Mechanized Cavalry Group No.5 General Hermogenes Maza and the team Fe En Colombia, carry out logistical support with the installation of tents at the emergency point of the Erasmo Meoz University Hospital, structures that will be used to take care of people in isolation conditions due to Covid-19 contagion.
Our men in the same way contributed in the transport, transfer and retrieval of documents such as medical records, an activity that had to be carried out taking into account the changes in the hospital to facilitate the administrative and care processes for potential patients who reach this point of health.
Some institutions such as: Norte de Santander Government, Fire department, Municipal Risk Management and the UN Agency for Refugees, have in the same way been linked in this activity.
