Within the framework of the Ayacucho Plan, through military operations, troops of the Serviez Battalion No.20, Navy Infantry and Highway Police, made the finding of 1,674 kilograms of copper cable, at a checkpoint in the populated center of Pachaquiaro, municipality of Puerto L贸pez, Meta, kilometer 53, on the road that leads to the city of Villavicencio.
The copper cable was transported in a truck, which carried 33 sacks, where the copper cable was.
The troops proceed to verify the documentation proving the corresponding permits and legality of the transported material, a requirement that was not successful.
The material was put into custody of the Police of Puerto L贸pez, Meta, for safekeeping and review.
