Within the framework of Operation Artemisa, the soldiers of the Thirteenth Brigade work on activities such as planting and tracking native trees.
In compliance with the Environmental Bubble plan and within the strategic line of ecological restoration, men of the Mechanized Cavalry Group No.10 Tequendama, carried out a sowing activity of 225 native seedlings in the facilities of the Chingaza National Natural Park in the municipality of F贸meque, in order to contribute to the preservation of Natural Resources.
The initiative was led and coordinated by men of the National Army, National Parks and the Natural National Park Chingaza, and it achieved a very positive impact on the environment, with the forest restoration of the ecosystem, an area that has been characterized for being the shelter of a large percentage of the flora and fauna of our country.
Men and women of the tactical units of the Tenth Third Brigade, work daily on goals of restoration, conservation, protection and care for the environment of places like this great ecological park, as well as many corners of Cundinamarca, with the aim to contribute of the fulfillment of the mission to take care of one of the most important treasures for human being.
