In execution of the Ayacucho Plan, and thanks to the intelligence work of the National Army and the CTI (Technical Investigations Corps) of the Attorney General's Office, a military operation was carried out in the urban area of Pereira that led to the arrest of this man who was part of the most wanted by the Metropolitan Police in this city.
Alias Chaquiro was in a commercial sector of the capital city of Risaralda, when he was surprised by soldiers of the National Army and officials of the CTI (Technical Investigations Corps) of the Prosecutor's Office, making the arrest for the crime of attempted homicide.
This individual would be the ringleader of the common crime group known as the Chaquiros, who commit crimes in different sectors of the city of Pereira in criminal operations of micro-trafficking, theft, forced displacement and firearms trafficking.
In 2017, this man allegedly attacked the life of a citizen who was passing through the municipality of Villasantana, he in the same way has a criminal record for several crimes and is being investigated for violation of a minor of age.
