In the frame of the multilateral relationship between the Government of Colombia and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), the highest military authority, together with a delegation, visited Colombia in order to learn about the progress that has been made in fulfilling the strategic objectives and the objective of Individually Tailored Partnership Programme (ITPP).
In order to know of the progress of these responsibilities, Admiral Bauer moved to the National Training Center at the Military Fort in Tolemaida, he was in the same way at the Air and Combat Command N掳 1 in Puerto Salgar, Cundinamarca, and the Caribbean Naval Force, where he had the opportunity to know firsthand accompanied by the Commanders of thoese Units, the resources that the Colombian Military Forces count on to fight against transnational crime and other threats.
During these strategic dialogues, the importance of strengthening cooperation in military training and other potential areas was in the same way addressed, contributing to the improvement of technical and tactical resources and positioning Colombia as a regional benchmark in the fight against different factors of instability.
