In a favorable initiative promoted by the Colombian Aerospace Force through the Casanare Air Group, 100 children came from La Resistencia, la Victoria and La Libertad settlements in the municipality of Yopal, Casanare, were benefited with the distribution of school kits. This operation, supported by the Center for Comprehensive Action, aims to support families in vulnerable conditions and encourage the return to classes of students in the city.
The distribution of these school kits, which include notebooks, pencils, colors, folders and other essentials, reflects the Colombian Aerospace Force’s social commitment and effective responsibility to address social challenges, such as accessibility to school supplies. With this gesture, it seeks to encourage the beginning of the school year in a positive way for children and young people of these sectors, encouraging regular attendance at schools and contributing to the educational well-being of people in this return to classes.
“The Colombian Aerospace Force is always aware of the people and all the low-income children who are always their objective to provide us with these resources, thanks a lot to the Colombian Aerospace Force,” said Leydi Tique Oviedo, social leader of the La Resistencia settlement, who has witnessed the commitment and dedication of the members of the Casanare Air Group to this community.
This gesture, in addition to seeking to ensure that elementary and secondary students have the necessary tools for their academic training, in the same way represents an economic relief for families who do not have the necessary resources to obtain school materials. For its part, the Casanare Air Group reaffirms its commitment and vocation of service to continue working daily for the well-being of all the inhabitants of Casanare.
