Santander. Through a joint and interagency operation carried out by troops of the National Army and CTI (Technical Investigations Corps) of the Office of the Prosecutor, two individuals that would be members of the Organized Criminal Group "Los Rastrojos" were captured in Bucaramanga.
Alias 'Montoya', 49, and his companion, 42, allegedly committed crimes in the metropolitan area of the capital city of Santander by 2008 and 2012 and they would be responsible for more than 35 homicides.
Those captured were put into custody of the First Court of the city of Bucaramanga and must face charges for the crimes of conspiracy to commit a crime, manufacture, trafficking, carrying or possession of firearms and homicide.
