This criminal structure has been hit by the Army in Huila for the third time in less than a week. This time, three people belonging to the same family were captured
Huila. The fight against drug trafficking does not have a pause. The soldiers of the Ninth Brigade have hit this Criminal Group that in less than a week has lost large amounts of coca and marijuana on the roads of Huila.
At the beginning of the week, the overturning of a vehicle after a chase was known. It transported 61 kilos of pressed marijuana valued at 50 million pesos, by a secondary route of the municipality of Tesalia, Huila, in an operation that left two people captured, who were university residents of the city of Bogotá.
In the same way, in the north and south of the department of Huila, soldiers counteracted different modes of transport of narcotics on tertiary roads, in the department of Meta and Cundinamarca, in order to stop drug sales in the center of the country; these structures have lost approximately 30 million pesos.
This time, troops of the Infantry Battalion No. 27 'Alto Magdalena' after the installation of a military checkpoint on the Resinas village, in the municipality of Guadalupe, intercepted a truck and after inspection, 123 kilograms of coca base paste were discovered.
The military operation concludes with the finding of the alkaloid, the immobilization of the vehicle and the capture of three people belonging to the same family.
The drug would have a cost of 400 million pesos, hitting 'Los Caqueteños' gang on the roads of Huila, leaving a report of more than 480 million pesos and six captures in less than a week.
