The Military School of Aviation "Marco Fidel Suárez" of the Colombian Air Force in Cali, Valle del Cauca, welcomed 60 members of the José María Córdoba Military School and the Almirante Padilla Naval School, to begin the "Joint Operations Challenge" Plan Púrpura 2018.
These 90 cadets of the National Army, the Navy and the Air Force, who are in training period, will unite bonds of brotherhood during 7 days carrying out different activities of teamwork, under the objective of "Purple Plan" which is enrich the military doctrine, knowledge and skills that each of the Colombian Military Forces possess.
During this inter-institutional event, the chosen cadets will carry out different activities such as a tour by the historical places of Santiago de Cali and exercises of urban combat operations, personal defense, "Troya", Purple Challenge, "Flex", among others, that contribute to the leadership and teamwork of each of the young people who are in the training period to be the officers of the future of our nation.
This challenge was designed so that the cadets participating in this activity, through their characteristics and competences, act with discretion, strength and absolute obedience to the principles and virtues that should be in the military, seeking to raise the name of their schools
