The Soldiers of the Comprehensive Action Support Battalion No. 5 provided fun, recreation and entertainment for the children of the CADIS Disability Adaptation Center.
In the framework of the end of the year, the National Army through the Fifth Division with the Infantry Battalion No. 17 'General José Domingo Caicedo' and the Support Command of Comprehensive Action and Development with its Support Battalion of Comprehensive Action No 5 and the program “Fe en Colombia”, carried out in the facilities of the Military Base of the south in the department of Tolima, a recreational activity aimed at 30 children with different disabilities; providing an afternoon full of joy, fun, presents and entertainment.
During the activity the children danced, enjoyed magic shows, juggling, face painting, balloon twisting and jumping. On behalf of the Faith in Colombia program, children received a message of love, hope and respect. At the end of the activity they enjoyed a delicious snack, gifts and presents distribution.
"Supporting these children with disabilities through these activities, helps us bring wellbeing and strengthen the bonds of partnership of children with our Multi Mission Heroes," said Mariana Moreno of the program Fe in Colombia.
