Units of the Colombian Navy rescued two fishermen from Tolú - Sucre, who were adrift aboard a rudimentary boat in which they conducted their fishing, in the waters of the Gulf of Morrosquillo, where it suffered a failure in their engine.
The Coast Guard Station of Coveñas received an emergency call and immediately began a search and rescue operation, sending a Rapid Reaction Unit to look for the fishermen, finding the two men, 34 and 30, in good condition. They proceeded to transfer them to the Coast Guard Station of Coveñas, where they received a medical checkup to verify their health status.
