The Joint Strategic Command of Transition (CCOET), trains Military Experts in the areas of intelligence, operations, military doctrine, logistics, armament and military garments and operations law.
This course seeks to strengthen the military experts on judicial issues and get correspondence and interpretation in the daily disciplinary activities within the institution with the national news.
It will be held for 30 days and will present at least 40 academics with more than 100 hours of lectures on Human Rights, International Humanitarian Law, Law of Armed Conflict, (DICA), Military Criminal Justice, among other specific military areas.
It will take place in the School of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law (ESDIH) of the National Army, where the participating officers and non-commissioned officers will carry out theoretical-practical exercises on human rights.
