In a decisive operation, Eulises Manuel Romero, alias 'JJ', who belonged to the urban war front of the Organized Armed Group, GAO, ELN, was captured in the Nelson Mandela neighborhood, in Cartagena, in the department of Bolívar.
This result was possible after intelligence work conducted by the Army, the National Police and the Colombian Air Force, which deployed from the Air Combat Command No.3 an intelligence platform, which facilitated the work of identification, as well as the finding of this delinquent.
