The export-type substance, valued at around 1,700 million pesos, was ready to be marketed.
As part of the operations carried out by the National Army, in coordination with the Attorney General's office, in its ongoing fight against drug trafficking, in the urban area of Los Patios municipality, in Norte de Santander, 1,132 packages with a substance that turned out to be creepy export-type marijuana were found.
This hallucinogen would cost about 1,700 million pesos, which represents a severe blow to drug trafficking. In the operation was captured a person and a vehicle was found; it was put into custody of the authority.
The National Army calls on those who still remain in illegality with illicit plantations to link to productive projects, join the campaign Arranca lo malo siembra lo bueno (uproot the bad, plant the good) and break the chain of drug trafficking.
