Nearly 300 boys and girls of the Santa Fe Naval College in Bogota carried out a virtual environmental awareness activity, led by the teachers of the school and the Office of the environment, stimulating the work of students in their homes during confinement.
Through fun activities, they worked on topics such as threatened biodiversity, development of an ecological garden, management of solid waste and air purifying, among other topics, achieving in these small, the strengthening of environmental culture within their family and in society.
This activity gave way to the creation of sustainable spaces and projects so that, from an early age, children formulate initiatives for research and, in the same way, appreciate the importance of the environment in which they live.
The Colombian Navy leads projects aimed at the preservation of the environment and prevention of climate change, with the example of good environmental practices that help maintain the balance of our planet Earth.
