Through the Cessna Caravan C208 aircraft of the Caribbean Air Command and in coordination with the National Center for Personnel Recovery of the Colombian Air Force, Two pregnant women were transferred from the island of Providencia to San Andrés to be assisted in a higher level Hospital.
During the flight the military doctors monitored the vital signs of the patients, as stated by Nataly Hooker: "during the flight they took the vital signs and they were always attentive to us, thanks to the Air Force for bringing us to receive better medical assistance.”
It is important to say that 113 patients have benefited this year of the aeromedical transfers made by the Caribbean Air Group.
