Colombian National Army, along with the Air Force, coordinated with the National Police and inter-agency with the Attorney General's office, hit the drug trafficking chain by finding and dismantling a cocaine hydrochloride production laboratory that would belong to the so called Félix company of the organized armed group-GAO Eln.
The structure was in in San Roque, in the municipality of Sardinata, where army troops and units of the National Police's Directorate of anti-narcotics, found 644 kilograms of cocaine hydrochloride, ready to be marketed, and 214 kilos of coca base paste ready to be processed and converted into cocaine.
The place, which would cost 4,286,255,000 COP (about US 1,180,000.00), had approximately 1,800 gallons of liquid precursors, 170 kilos of solid substances, 375 kilos of fuel, equipment and elements; this would be used to conduct drug trafficking processes.
