Tropas del Gaula Militar Nariño en coordinación con el CTI de la Fiscalía General de la Nación lograron el rescate de una menor, de 12 años, quien fue secuestrada el 20 de marzo de 2021, en Cali.
La madre de la víctima fue quien realizó la denuncia de secuestro al Gaula Militar Valle, por lo cual se desplegaron inmediatamente los dispositivos de las unidades Gaula y con labores de inteligencia se determinó que se encontraban en el departamento de Nariño.
Durante tres días, la menor estuvo bajo poder del secuestrador, al parecer integrante de delincuencia común y quien la trasladó desde Cali a la ciudad de Pasto, con el fin de ingresarla ilegalmente hasta el vecino país de Ecuador.
Cabe señalar que, durante la operación de rescate en el terminal de transporte de Pasto, se logró la captura de su victimario, cuando pretendía salir con la menor desde la ciudad en un bus de servicio público de la empresa Trans de Ipilaes.
La menor fue llevada al hospital Infantil de Pasto para realizar los respectivos exámenes en los que determinaron que fue abusada sexualmente, razón por la cual quedó a disposición del Instituto de Bienestar Familiar, ICBF, mientras la madre llega hasta el departamento de Nariño.
El capturado queda a disposición de la Fiscalía General de la Nación bajo el delito de secuestro.
El Gaula Militar invita a la comunidad a seguir denunciando este delito en la línea 147 y así recuperar la libertad de cada secuestrado, frenando el accionar delictivo de los delincuentes.

For three days, the minor was kidnapped, apparently by a member of common crime, who transferred the girl from Cali to the city of Pasto, in order to enter illegally the neighboring country of Ecuador.
It should be noted that the rescue operation at the transport terminal of Pasto was possible when he intended to leave with the minor in a bus of collective transport of passengers of the Transport Company of Ipilaes.
The minor was taken to the children's hospital of Pasto to conduct the respective examinations in which they determined that she had been sexually abused, which is why she was at the put into custody of the Family Wellbeing Institute, ICBF, while the mother arrives in the Department of Nariño.
The arrested individual remains into custody of the Attorney General's Office under the crime of kidnapping.
