Soldiers of the Comprehensive Acción and the Joint Task Force Hercules worked to distribute food baskets to more than 260 vulnerable families in the municipality of Roberto Payán.
In the framework of military assistance that works for the protection of Colombians and the wellbeing of the most vulnerable communities in the country. Soldiers of the National Army, working together with the Colombian Air Force and the National Navy, transported humanitarian aid represented in food, by air, land and sea from Bogotá to Barbacoas, Nariño, thanks to the management of the Unit for the Victims.
In Barbacoas, the soldiers disembarked the aid, which consisted of basic elements of the family basket, then they take them to the municipality of Roberto Payán and distributed to the most vulnerable families in this area of the department.
With these activities for the benefit of the most remote communities in the country, the National Army reaffirms its commitment to continue working, through its Resources for Colombians, with the objective of always ensuring their safety and well-being.
