The Colombian Air Force serves with its air resources the families of the department of Vichada to move 5,250 kilograms of Cacao, from eastern Colombia to the interior of the country, completing more than 20 tons of these products transported during 2021.
Since the beginning of the program in 2012, the Air Force has transported 62,299 kilos of Cacao, harvested by families who took advantage of the voluntary substitution of illicit plantations, supporting in this way the project that has changed the lives of hundreds of Vichadenses.
In the same way, the Institution, through a C-295 aircraft took off of the Military Transport Air Command – CATAM, in Bogotá, and transported 1,200 kilograms of basic food for the community of Güerima.
