Approximately 1000 cartridges of different calibers, 24 magazines and 46 camouflage uniforms were found by troops at the site.
Troops of the National Army, in coordination with the National Police, found in recent hours in the municipality of Montecristo, south of Bolívar, an illegal hideout of military accessories and war material that would belong to the Luis Fernando Gutiérrez Substructure, of the organized armed group (GAO) Clan del Golfo.
The military operation carried out in the wooded area of the municipality of Pueblo Lindo led the troops of the Special Energy and Road Battalion No. 2, attached to the Tenth Brigade, to find 986 cartridges of different calibres, 24 magazines and 3 firearms.
In the place were in the same way found 46 camouflage uniforms, 34 pixelated units of equipment, 30 pixelated kerchief, 10 camouflage fabrics, 3 multipurpose vests and 2 assault equipment, war material and military accessories that would be used by this criminal organization for criminal purposes. The material was put into custody of the authorities.
