During river control and surveillance patrols in the Playa Dulce, Turbo sector, carried out by Colombian Navy troops, an abandoned and suspicious black bag was found, containing three portable computers, four portable communications radios, a base radio and three magazines for Galil-type rifles, which would be used by Organized Armed Groups that commit crimes in the Urabá subregion of Antioquia.
The material would apparently be destined for the rural area of the municipality of Unguía, Department of Chocó, where it would be used for the criminal activities by the central structure of Urabá, a focused criminal component of the Efrén Vargas Gutiérrez substructure, of the Organized Armed Group, GAO, Clan del Golfo.
During the operation carried out by the troops of the Navy River Battalion No.16 attached to the Joint Task Force Titan, no arrests occurred and the material found was put into custody of the authorities.
