The Colombian Navy, in river operations, found and neutralized two laboratories equipped for the production of coca base paste in the municipality of El Carmen del Darién, Department of Chocó.
These structures were found by troops on the Domingodó River, where liquid supplies used for the production of narcotics, including 1,320 gallons of DIESEL, were in the same way found and destroyed.
Troops of the River Navy Battalion No.16, attached to the Joint Task Force Titan, reported this important result which severely weakens the finances of the Organized Armed Group, GAO, Clan del Golfo, substructure Carlos Vásquez.
It should be noted that in 2022, 11 laboratories for the production of cocaine base have been found and destroyed in controlled conditions. No arrests were made during the operation.
