In a coordinated work conducted by the Colombian Navy, the National Police and the Government of Sucre, a peasant market was held at the Guacarí Shopping Center, in Sincelejo, department of Sucre.
After a tour by the municipalities of Toluviejo and Colosó, the small producers of these municipalities transport about four tons of agricultural products including avocado, yam and banana.
Very early, troops of the Colombian Navy accompanied by of units of the National Police, officials of the Sucre Governorate and with the support of the peasants of the region, stockpiled agricultural products to contribute to the stabilization and economic reactivation of the victims of forced displacement, returnees and/or residents of the Montes de María subregion.
