The Colombian Navy provided first aid to a man who had a home accident, where the branch of a tree generated a cut near his head when he was doing agricultural work in the Crucito village on the Sinú River, in the municipality of Tierralta, Córdoba.
The people of the region made the emergency call to the troops of the Navy River Battalion No.16, attached to the Titan Joint Task Force, which led to the immediate reaction of members of the Military Forces to the Crucito village and the evacuation by waterway of the 22-year-old man to the pier of the municipality of Tierralta (Córdoba).
Subsequently, the man was assisted by a Navy combat lifeguard specialist who provided him with first aid in a timely manner. Immediately, communication was established with the hospital of the municipality, in order to receive specialized medical assistance and the man recovers satisfactorily accompanied by his family.
