Through a coordinated work conducted by the National Army, the municipal administration and private and public enterprise, all State aid was brought to the village Norcasia; a village in the municipality of Florencia, Caquetá.
The soldiers of the National Army, the Mayor's Office of Florencia, the Family Commissioner, the Caquetá Governorate and the National Police, bright priority assistance to the village of Norcasia, through a development support activity.
The event was attended by about 150 people, including children, young people and adults, who had the possibility of receiving medical assistance, hairdressing services, tailoring, and additionally enjoyed cultural activities, music, gastronomy and dances that integrated the families of this community.
In the same way, the soldiers of the Comprehensive Action and Development Support Battalion No.6 recreational activities were carried out through balloon twisting, face painting and inflatable games, to strengthen ties with the inhabitants of this region.
“We carried out an activity with the National Army and their boys, who brought us a community pot, health brigade, dentistry, activities with children and more services. Thank you very much to the Army for this beautiful activity brought to us in this village,” said Wilfredo Montaño, president of the Norcasia Community action Board.
During the activity that took place from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., aid and presents were distributed for the little ones, in order to benefit the most remote communities of the national territory.
