The Command of the Quiron Task Force, military unit of the Eighth Division of the National Army, reports:

2. This reprehensible act is a violation of human rights and violation of the provisions of international humanitarian law and a serious crime classified as a crime against humanity.
3. The Eastern War Front of the ELN is responsible for the safety and good physical condition of our two soldiers.
