This will be the last weekend of the Christmas festivities, which is why the Colombian Air Force will accompany travelers on roads and beaches.
During the last weekend of the Christmas celebrations, the Colombian Air Force will count on different aircraft that will carry out surveillance tasks on the main Caribbean beaches, as well as on the roads that connect the north with the center of the country, generating real-time reports for the military forces on the surface, working to ensure the safety and mobility of tourists returning to their places of origin.
These tasks are carried out with the accompaniment of the civil authorities of Atlántico, Magdalena and Bolívar, since they were the three departments that received the largest quantity of tourists during the season, hoping that locals can enjoy the beaches quietly; in the same way the news on the main roads such as the Ruta del sol, are reported as soon as possible to the National Police, to ensure a safe return to travelers.
