A girl who benefited from a Development Support Activity (JAD) in Támara, Casanare, was transferred to the city of Bogotá thanks to the support of the Colombian Aerospace Force, in order to start specialized medical assistance that will improve her quality of life.
Danna is a seven-year-old minor from Támara, Casanare who was assisted in one of the Development Support Activities carried out in this municipality, led by the Aerospace Force and the Manos Pintadas de Azul Foundation, where the case of the minor was known: she has a congenital disease which triggered a malformation of her legs.
Thanks to the assistance of the doctors in this Health Activity and the management of the Manos Pintadas de Azul Foundation, Danna will receive specialized medical assistance, for this, from the base of the Air Group of the Casanare GACAS was sent the C-208 Caravan aircraft of the FAC, to transfer Danna and her mother to the city of Bogotá, where she will have the first assessment visit with the orthopedist, who will conduct the relevant examinations and later the programming to conduct the operation that the child needs, which will improve her growth and living condition.
