With the purpose of promoting sustainable development and making small and medium producers of the country visible for commerce, the Colombian Aerospace Force participated in the first Business Meeting and Communitarian Entrepreneurs Business Exhibition, in the San Francisco de Cali Square.
This entrepreneurship fair seeks to promote the initiatives and business models of producers, to improve the quality of life of the communities, being the opportunity to make them known with public and business sectors, which contributes to the growth of their projects.
The Colombian Aerospace Force, Asocaña, Colombian National Army, the Colombian Navy, the Valle del Cauca Governorate, the Rural Development Agency, the Colombian Institute of Family Wellbeing - ICBF, and the Taller Cinco University Corporation, were the promoters who made this event possible, looking for spaces to benefit these initiatives of hundreds of families, where the work of embassies of the United Kingdom, Belgium and Poland was in the same way essential.
At this Business meeting, ASOPIHUA, the Association of Agricultural and Fish Producers of Huasano, department of Valle, are productive projects supported by the Air Combat Command No.7- CACOM7, since 2018, which, together with 200 other producers from Valle del Cauca, Cauca, Risaralda and Putumayo, with shows on manufacturing, gastronomy, agriculture, tourism, agro-industrial and rudimentary sectors, bring a sample of their products and services to the visitors of the activity.
As a result, 36 commercial agreements were generated, with potential businesses by 438 million pesos, where products such as tomato, paprika, eggs, lemon, pineapple, banana, handicrafts, fish farming, beekeeping, wines, coffee, chocolate, yoghurts, snacks, among others, are included.
