Last days to access zero registration and become a non-commissioned officer of Colombian National Army

Últimos días para acceder a matrícula cero y convertirse en suboficial del Ejército Nacional

The registrations for Colombian National Army Non-Commissioned Officer Course are entering their final stretch. Young Colombians interested in building a life project focused on serving the country will only have time until July 31 to complete their incorporation process. This academic offer includes a technological double degree, benefits of comprehensive military training and immediate job connection upon successfully completing the training process.

As the main benefit of this call, applicants belonging to groups A, B, C and D of Sisbén (national low-income registration) will be able to access the zero-enrollment benefit, according to the current institutional guidelines. This gratuity covers the entire payment of the four academic semesters; however, it is important to specify that applicants must assume the cost of the vaccination package, the exams and the institutional equipment, essential requirements for admission.

During their stay at the Sergeant Inocencio Chincá Non-Commissioned Officers Military School, students will have accommodation, food, endowment, monthly bonus and high-quality academic training. In addition, the institution provides opportunities for national and international academic mobility.

For his part, the director of the Military School for Non-Commissioned Officers, Colonel Gabriel Ramos García, invited Colombian young people to take the first step towards a life project with purpose, leadership and a vocation for service. "There is still time to become part of the new generation of non-commissioned officers who will serve Colombia with honor and access unparalleled opportunities," he said.

It is worth mentioning that, to apply, applicants must be Colombian by birth, have bachelor's degrees, be 16 years and 3 months and 23 years and 11 months old at the time of admission, and have in hand the results of the Saber 11 national Tests, be psychophysically responsible and not report criminal, disciplinary or fiscal records. Upon graduation, the new non-commissioned officers will enjoy a special health regime, social benefits and a promotion career within the branch.

Colombian National Army emphasizes that this joining process is direct and does not require intermediaries. The registration procedures must be carried out in a personal and exclusive way through the official website www.ejercito.mil.co, or in the military districts and authorized recruitment zones throughout the national territory, before the expiration of the deadline, this July 31.
